Like the Personal Zen app, Flowy is an app designed to treat mental health issues by allowing the consumer to play a game specially designed to help ease their specific mental health issue. In the case of Flowy, that mental health issue is panic attacks. Flowy is a fun app that was designed to incorporate breathing exercises into the gameplay. 15)   T2 Mood Tracker

The T2 Mood Tracker app does exactly what it sounds like it does. It allows users to track their mood. Users are then able to look back at the moods they recorded and use that information to make educated decisions about what mental health treatments are best for them. This mood tracking app comes with three scales that are programmed into it, but users can add new scales if they like. The six scales that it comes with are brain injury, PTSD, depression, anxiety, stress, and general well-being. (iOS, Android)
